1. If you are making your booking more than 6 weeks prior to the date of commencement of the holiday, 50% of the total fee is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due exactly 30 days prior to your holiday.

2. If you are making your booking within 6 weeks of the date of commencement of the holiday, the full fee is required to confirm the booking.

All payments can be made by Cheque, Money Order, Direct Deposit, Visa and Mastercard.

Reservations cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival shall receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $25.

Reservations cancelled within 14 – 27 days prior to arrival shall receive a refund of 50% unless the accommodation is re-booked in which case a full refund less an administrative fee of $25.

Cancellation with less than 14 days notice will not be refunded unless the accommodation is rebooked in which case a full refund less an administrative fee of $25.

We highly recommend that cancellation insurance is taken out to safeguard your investment in your holiday.
